F.O.B. Origin. All drop shipments will be sent freight collect or, if requested, on a third party billing basis. When orders are shipped via UPS, postage will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Drop shipments to dealers's customers are made at dealers risk; Whip Mix cannot be held liable or responsible for refused or misdirected shipments. The customer agrees to accept full responsibility for loss or damage. Whip Mix is not responsible for orders shipped via 3rd Party Carriers selected by the customer.
