Prior to returning any product to Whip Mix, a Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued by our Customer Service Department at 1-800-626-5651 Option 2. The RA procedure is required for all credits, repairs, estimates and product testing. The RA number must be written on the outside of the returned package. All returned material without a RA number is subject to an additional 10% Surcharge separate from a restocking charge.

Credit - Only standard merchandise of current manufacture that is less than one (1) year from date of original shipping date will be accepted for credit. Shipment of returned merchandise must be prepaid. All merchandise returned in the original, unopened container and accompanied by the invoice number and date of purchase will be subject to a 15% ($5.00 minimum) restocking charge. Merchandise not meeting these requirements will be subject to an additional charge for reconditioning, repacking, or replacement.

Gypsum products and investments are dated because of their shelf life. As we only sell fresh materials, these products may only be returned for credit if invoice date is less than three (3) months old. Please provide lot numbers and/or serial numbers of items when requesting return authorization.
