FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
F.O.B. Origin. All drop shipments will be sent freight collect or, if requested, on a third party billing basis. When orders are shipped via UPS, postage will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Insurance will be added on all Shipments.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Retail prices listed are merely suggested quotations to dentists and laboratories. All prices are listed F.O.B. Origin.
CLAIMS
All items are sold F.O.B. Origin, and delivery to and acceptance by the transportation company terminates our responsibility. Claims for loss or damage should be filed immediately (within 24 hours). Claims for shortages must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods.
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
Prior to returning any product to Whip Mix, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by our Customer Service Department at movermeer@whipmix.com. The RMA procedure applies to credits, repairs, estimates and product testing. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the returned package. All returned material without a RMA number is subject to an additional 10% surcharge separate from a restocking charge.
Credit – Only standard merchandise of current manufacture that is less than one (1) year from date of original shipping date will be accepted for credit. Shipment of returned merchandise must be prepaid. All merchandise returned in the original, unopened container and accompanied by the invoice number and date of purchase will be subject to a 15% ($5.00 minimum) restocking charge. Merchandise not meeting these requirements will be subject to an additional charge for reconditioning, repacking, or replacement. Gypsum products and investments are dated because of their shelf life. As we only sell fresh materials, these products may only be returned for credit if invoice date is less than three (3) months old. Please state lot number of container when requesting return authorization.
REPAIRS –Enclose a brief note stating the problem and if an estimate is desired before repair. NOTE: Whip Mix will repair only units manufactured since 1989. (Serial numbers that begin with 89 or higher) Repairs will only be made to Hanau & Denar products up to 10 yrs old. (1999)
Testing/Quality Control – In the event of a problem, send a sample to us. Sample sizes: Powder: 10 Envelopes or 2 lbs. Liquids: 8 oz. Inform us as to the nature of the problem, the lot number appearing on the container, carton, or preweighed envelopes. After the testing, we will inform you of the results.
WARRANTY (USA only)
Unless otherwise stated, Whip Mix Corporation warrants its products to the original purchaser against defective workmanship and material under normal procedures of installation, use, and service within the dental profession, for a period of one to three (1-3) years from the date of sale. For repairs, a one (1) year warranty applies to parts that have been replaced if factory warranty has expired. All trademarks identified with a TM or ® are trademarks of Whip Mix Corporation.
PRODUCT CHANGES
Whip Mix reserves the right to make changes in product design without the obligation to accept previously manufactured products for alterations, exchange or credit.
